AI Catalog answers "what is out there?"

Discovery fills it. Every MCP server FaburAI connects to contributes its tools, resources, prompt templates, and reachable data assets, along with the AI Actors observed calling them.

The catalog matters because policy targets catalog entities. A policy that protects a column can only exist if the column has been discovered and classified. Sensitivity classification is what turns an inventory into a governance surface — it is the difference between "this table exists" and "this table holds PII".

Catalog Relationships are the structured edges between all of it: which actor called which tool, which tool reads which table, which policy governs which target. The AI Graph in AI Control is the visualization of these relationships; the relationships themselves live here.
